Shipping policy

We ship within 3-5 business days after an order is placed. When your item has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information at the address you provided at the time of checkout.

LOST PACKAGES

For The City is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. Once we hand the package off to USPS, the package is out of our control.If you would like to insure your shipment you may do so by purchasing Route Protection at checkout. If you do not ask to purchase route protection, we are not responsible for a lost package. In the event that a package says delivered and you did not receive it, we suggest that you first check and make sure the shipping address you provided is correct, check with your neighbors and check with your local mail carrier. If you are still unable to find your package you may submit a claim with the USPS at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
